Hello and Welcome

Dear Ones,

I am quite tired and disillusioned at how much time social media is taking me away from the things that I really cherish. Silence. Family. Beauty that is tangible. As I slowly and tether myself from what I feel it has been come quite the addiction, I am also really excited to return back to something that I love. Writing.

I hope to meet heart to heart here, and have conversations that truly nourish and give meaning to our very short time here. More and more, as I settle into my wise woman years, I realize that who I surround myself with, what input I choose to digest in my brain, is as important as the food I put in my mouth on the daily. I value nourishment that comes from true connections. There are so many ways out there that offer connection, but yet the disconnect and feelings of loneliness are at an all time high. Especially in the younger generations. It’s heartbreaking and frightening for me.

Here, I hope that we can create our little container that reach into the corners of the globe, connecting us to each other and remembering that we are never truly alone. We always have each other. Here, I hope we have a little bit of space to be kind to each other, to speak with honesty from the depths of our heart, and receive each other with eyes and ears of love. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to be honest and allow ourselves to be seen from the inside out. The beauty of this practice is that Life rewards the bold and courageous.
